My psychotherapy practice and trauma informed yoga studio are located in the Inland Empire, specifically Claremont, CA and am available to see clients individually or in groups at this location. My practice continues to serve: families, couples, individuals, groups and teens, and I specialize in working with those struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and victims of trauma. I offer trauma informed yoga and yoga therapy for those looking for a body based approach to treatment. I am currently in a Somatic Experiencing program with SEI and incorporate somatic healing in my treatment with clients. I am licensed in both California and Colorado.

In Claremont, I am able to assist clients who need more intensive treatment by working collaboratively with: residential treatment programs, intensive outpatient treatment centers, and partial hospitalization programs in the area for eating disorders if needed. My relationship with treatment programs allow me to assist clients access higher levels of care if appropriate. I work closely with dietitians and physicians to provide a multidisciplinary team for my clients who are struggling with eating disorders. My close proximity to the Claremont Colleges allows me the opportunity to work with students who are seeking therapeutic support. My trauma informed yoga studio is attached to my practice, and serves as a space for group classes to practice, as well as individual sessions.
